TERMS & CONDITIONS – Stills by JP

By using this website and/or booking a session with Stills by JP, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date.

• Full payment is due 48 hours prior to your session.

• Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

2. Cancellation

• Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit at our discretion.

• Force majeure (e.g., illness, weather) may allow rescheduling at no cost.

3. Image Use

• Stills by JP retains copyright to all images.

• You receive personal use rights for digital images.

• We may use select images for portfolio, social media, or marketing unless you opt out in writing.

4. Turnaround & Delivery

• Edited galleries are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks.

• Images are delivered via a secure online gallery.

​

5. Liability

• We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control (weather, uncooperative children, etc.).

• While we take care to back up files, we are not liable for data loss due to technical failure.

6. Website Use

• All content is the intellectual property of Stills by JP and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

• Unauthorised use of images or site content may result in legal action.

7. Governing Law

​

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
