I know being photographed with kids can feel like a lot. Parents often worry about how they’ll look or whether the kids will cooperate. My job is to make you feel comfortable, supported and involved so the whole thing feels enjoyable, not stressful.

What to expect at your Family session
BEFORE WE MEET
We’ll chat about outfits, locations and the kind of feel you want for your session. I’ll help you pick a spot that suits your family’s personality and share simple prep tips (including how to brief the kids without making it a Thing). We can work around nap schedules, school pick-ups and whatever else your week looks like.
DURING YOUR SESSION
Everything stays relaxed and play-based so you can all enjoy yourselves. I give gentle direction to help you feel comfortable, then let your family’s natural energy take over. Meltdowns, wiggles and snack breaks are all normal and we roll with it. We’ll shoot in beautiful soft light, whether that’s early morning or golden hour.
AFTER YOUR SESSION
You’ll get a little sneak peek within 24 hours, then your full edited gallery lands within 2–3 weeks. High-resolution downloads are included, ready to save, share or print.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What if my kids won't cooperate?
A: This is totally normal! I specialise in working with real families, which means wiggly toddlers, shy kids, and everything in between. We'll work at their pace and capture beautiful moments even if they're not looking at the camera.
Q: What should we wear?
A: I provide a detailed styling guide after booking, but think soft, natural colors and comfortable clothes you feel confident in. Avoid busy patterns and matching outfits – coordinating is much more beautiful.
Q: What if the weather isn't perfect?
A: Some of my favorite photos happen on overcast days! We'll monitor the weather together and reschedule if needed. Light rain can actually create magical, moody photos.
Q: How far in advance should we book?
A: I recommend booking around a month ahead (or more!), especially for weekend sessions. Popular times like spring and before Christmas fill up quickly.
Q: Do you offer payment plans?
A: Yes! I offer flexible payment options because I believe every family deserves beautiful photos. We can discuss what works best for your budget.
Q: What if I don't want my images shared on social media?
A: Not a problem at all! Just let me know and they won't be shared anywhere. Your privacy and comfort are my top priorities, and I completely respect families who prefer to keep their photos private.
